b) name of a partic. substance, said to be of a long form and
black colour, and smelling like raw meat or fish; it is of two
kinds (MW);
c) a partic. plant of two kinds, smelling like fish; the fruits of
one kind resemble those of the aśvattha (PW);
d) hapuṣā: an article of trade that is of a black colour and of a
